Coronavirus (COVID-19) Message from NES

At Networked Energy Services Corporation (NES), the health and well-being of our customers, partners, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and partners as the situation evolves.

The situation across the world is changing rapidly and as a result we have put in place measures to ensure that we are able to continue to provide high quality services and support to our customers and partners whilst also protecting our staff, other stakeholders and suppliers.

NES remains fully open for business, with its office closure policy dictated by respective governments. We are maintaining normal operations, closely following the advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) and national governments and introducing a series of measures to minimize the impact to public health. Therefore, to ensure that we maintain normal operations, we have taken precautionary measures to ensure that our entire staff across the world has the ability to work remotely from home. In addition, we have initiated our business continuity plan that further protects the safety of our staff by carefully assessing the need for travel in order to limit their exposure whilst minimizing the impact to the services we provide to our customers. Our sales contacts remain available to respond to any requirements you may have now or if you want to secure supply.

Regarding customer and partner support, we continue to offer our full remote help-desk based customer support, and we encourage you to utilize this when needed. Any activities that require an on-site visit or travel will receive careful case-by-case assessment to assess both the country-specific situation and any potential exposure to our staff.

Regarding supply of NES products, we are in constant communication with our supply and production partners. We are actively looking at contingency plans to maintain production, including assessing alternative suppliers and using alternative modes of transport in order to maintain stock levels in our inventory. If any current orders become impacted, we will let you know.

Regarding our professional services, we will be examining any requirements for travel on a case-by-case basis, for the protection of both our own staff and those of our partners and customers. Where possible, professional services will be delivered remotely.

We encourage everyone to stay aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak, available on the World Health Organization (WHO) website (, and through your national and local public health authorities.

As always, the safety of our team members, customers and communities is absolutely our top priority. We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and we are here to assist our customers as needed.

Thank you and best wishes,
David Thomson,
President and CEO, Networked Energy Services
